Grilled Steak Tostadas with Peach Salsa

With it still being very much peach season and summer about to wind down, it’s the perfect time to make these steak tostadas with this super bright, zingy peach salsa.
Ingredients:
6 oz Steak
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Corn Tortillas
Spray oil for air frying or baking
1 medium Avocado
1 Jalapeño, minced
Cilantro, chopped
3 Limes
1 Peach, diced
4 Mini Bell Peppers, diced
Pickled Onions (optional)
Instructions:
Cook the Steak:
Season 6 oz of steak with salt and pepper.
Pan-Sear: Cook for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
Grill: 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
Let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
Prepare the Tostadas:
Spray both sides of 2 corn tortillas with oil.
Air-fry at 410°F for 5 minutes until crispy.
Make Guacamole:
Mash avocado in a bowl.
Add 1/2 minced jalapeño, chopped cilantro, salt, and lime juice.
Make Peach Salsa:
Mix diced peach, mini bell peppers, quarter of a jalapeño, cilantro, salt, and lime juice.
Assemble:
Spread guacamole on each tostada.
Top with sliced steak, peach salsa, and pickled onions (optional).
