We’re post Christmas and carbs, and heading into New Years Eve so this meal plan is all about meals that help ease you out of all the deliciousness of the holidays by giving you delicious, comforting meals and also some of my favorite restaurant remakes- like my viral sweetgreen buffalo chicken salad and La Zinq Bowl.


And once January hits? I have a special 4 week reset program, for my paid subscribers (so basically $5 for an entire month’s worth of nourishing, light meals with nutrition info, breakfasts, mix and match dressings and bowls, snacks, workout splits and more).
I’ve been working with a dietician behind the scenes to create this 4 week reset for January. I’ll also go into detail about how I lose 40lbs, and my key tips for fat loss, leaning out, etc.,
