This week’s meal plan is all about healthier comfort food as we start to make our way into fall! From my spicy miso ramen to sage chicken meatballs with creamy mushroom orzo, it’s all about high protein, cozy meals packed with veggies that still hit those comfort notes.
And you may have noticed that every week, I usually include a soup. Soups have been game-changer in my fat loss goals, by helping me to increase my protein, veggie & fiber intake while being a convenient meal that only gets deeper in flavor throughout the week. This week, I’m sharing my 3 bean chipotle chili which is one of my favorite meals to make during the fall.
