Welcome to week 1 of the New Year reset! This 4 week program isn’t meant to be restrictive, but rather to jumpstart healthy eating again after the holidays and making sure the meals are interesting, satiating and delicious while hitting your goals.




In this special 4 week edition, you’ll find helpful nutrition tips, breakfast and snack recipes, bonus recipes and more designed by a dietician and myself, as well as workout splits, a week’s worth of lunches and dinners with the grocery list every week. I’ll also be going over my fat loss tips and how to gain muscle while losing fat.
I don’t believe in restricting but rather adding in whole foods, adding in nutrition, and helping you to create a sustainable, healthy lifestyle while enjoying the meals you eat. I include all the nutrition information so you can see what fits into your daily goals, but all meals are designed to be less than 550 calories and high protein. Whether your goal is to eat more protein, more fiber, lose fat, lean out or just have healthy meals mapped out for you for four weeks without the stress of ‘whats for dinner tonight?’, this reset is for you.
