with a fat loss friendly Take-Out Friday, 'Quite Literally the Best Salad Ever', 20 minute steak & kimchi bowl & much more!
Can’t believe we’re already on Week 3! This week’s reset features quite literally one of the best salads I’ve ever had so I named it that - ‘Quite Literally the Best Salad’. There’s also a quick steak and kimchi bowl for when you don’t feel like cooking and one of my favorite breakfasts/brunches in the world - a Bengali-style omelette. It’s quick, so tasty, and perfect for breakfast or to serve with rice for dinner when you’re running low on groceries. And we have a healthier Take Out Friday, which highlights how to remake some of your favorite fast food items - like pizza and burgers - into high protein, balanced meals.



For workouts, we’re steadily working our way up to 12-15k steps because it’s crunch time. And because walking is boring, here’s a few shows that are getting me through it:
